About Me
I am Felicio Costa, and my limitless excitement for food and flavor, is my passion. As a graduate of the world-renowned culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, I earned Grand Diplomas ( Cuisine and Patisserie) allowing me a versatility of gastronomic innovation, for which I’m very proud. Together with my Brazilian heritage, and my affinity for artistic presentation, my culinary creations have a unique flair.
Fortunate to have traveled the world extensively, I’ve garnered intricate knowledge for exotic techniques and tastes, which I’ve incorporated into my own, personal style.
Having been on the culinary scene all my life, I’ve worked in many professional kitchens over the years, providing me with invaluable experience
Currently, I am the head chef at the acclaimed The Butter End Cakery, in Los Angeles. I am very proud and thankful for all I’ve learned there and am looking forward to taking all my knowledge in a new, exciting direction.
